Hello all mummy, I spotted a white little thingy on 1yr old boy's gum. Should I be worried?

Spotted a white little thingy in my boy gum, not sure if its ucler. It's directly infront of this 2 top front tooth. Lip or gum I can't tell also. Please advice?
