8 WEEK 5 DAY

Eh congrats mama! 8 weeks 5 days, masuk period yang agak mellow lepas morning sickness stage kan, sikit-sikit dah boleh respire haha. Aku dengan few of my mum friends, most of us baru start relax sikit after week 8, tapi everyone's different lah, some kena morning sickness until halfway through. Kena make sure makan well, rest banyak-banyak, and jangan stress too much about all the what-ifs! All the best for your journey ahead, mama, exciting times!
