Sorry to bother everyone.. Im currently 3 months pregnant and yesterday i lay down on my tummy while entertaining my niece after about 30 mins laying down my tummy hurts alot.. Is it because i lay down on my tummy or other reason?

Yes, it's the position that affects blood flow. Even now, postpartum, I can't lay down on my tummy for too long.
