my son is a picky eater, any suggestions that will help us from his picky eating habit? sometimes he'll eat but he wont swallow the food instead he will push the food with his tongue and spit it out..

Hi Mary, My son did that too when there is vege or meat in his rice or noodles. I spank his hand when he did that. It dont work. He stubbornly tell me he dislike vege and meat. The spitting food lasted about 1 year. It will go away without realising it. Just gotta hang on there.
