My son's ear behind the lining is red and bleed,it seem to be very itchy as this few night he keep scratching, what cream can I apply to ease his itchiness ?

Does he sleep or spend a lot of time in air conditioning places? That's happens to my little cousin because her skin gets dry easily. Applying baby moisturizer or Vaseline jelly for babies will help alleviate the itching and redness as well prevent those from happening again.
