You can consider getting moisturizers from Aveeno baby (http://sg.iherb.com/Aveeno) or California Baby (www.pupsikstudio.com/shop-by-brands/california-baby/). These brands are very popular and less harsh on baby's skin. One of my friends also tried Physiogel Calming Relief (http://www.guardian.com.sg/physiogel-calming-relief-ai-body-lotion-100ml/p/175664). Best to apply the moisturizer within 10mins after bath to help lock in the moisture. Well moisturized skin is less prone to itching. Hope this helps!

Does he sleep or spend a lot of time in air conditioning places? That's happens to my little cousin because her skin gets dry easily. Applying baby moisturizer or Vaseline jelly for babies will help alleviate the itching and redness as well prevent those from happening again.

He sleep in air con and after which midnight I will switch to fan ~

Keep him moisturiserized. Skin could be dry. I'm using Aveeno now, i used to use coconut oil and i swear by it.

Probably needs some mild steroid and antibiotic creams, and lots of non allergenic moisturizers

It could be that the skin is dry. Apply aveeno ezecma cream. It's good for dry scaly skin.

Cetaphil and Sebamed shower gel. Other then that i don't apply anything else.
