My son 2.5 months old..constatly experiencing chest and nose block..what should I do to cure?

my baby's doc referred Nasoclear and it worked really well to ease the congestion. also, i massage my baby with warm mustard oil and apply it over the bridge of the nose and on the chest and throat. you can try that as well.
