Baby

Help! Newborn 3 weeks difficulty staying a sleep.

My son is 22 days old. When he was 2 weeks it was easy to put him to sleep for 3-4 hrs. Feed him or change diaper then he sleeps. But now at 3 weeks he’s sleep pattern has change. Wakes up every hr despite pacifier, feeding and swaddling. What to do?
