feel left side cramp and painful

sometimes i can feel inside viginal left side can be cramp and painful bit time to time. i m taking utrogestan insert medicine now until 12th week. i m at my 11th week now. not sure if related to medicine reaction or coz of baby expanding ? anyone has same experience?
