Childcare PCF

Can someone enlighten me. Just to clarify. I paid $800 plus got my child N2 full day programs in Oct-2020 for new enrollment 2021 Jan. Today I checked they have deducted $770 from CDA acc. Isn't they supposed to be using the $ I paid in Oct-20?? I m working mother. Why there isn't any subsidies or kifas? All doc submitted in oct-20. Can advise me wat to do??
