i take it e/day.. hahaha i'm helping my in laws at food stall so for me i really need ice & cold water because sometimes the weather is too hot. but i also take it in moderate and i need to make sure i sweat during work.

everything need to have limits. warm water is still best. just think it as this way. only 9months then thats it..

i loveeee cold water & ice cream during my pregnancy!! 😃😃 but better to take it on moderate..
