Pimple and whitehead on scalp

Any solutions to pimple and whitehead on scalp? My 12 weeks old LO showers everyday but does not seems to be getting better. #advicepls

At 12 weeks, it could be baby acne or cradle cap, which is pretty common at that age. Best to bring your LO to the PD to get it properly checked, just to be safe.
