Hindi biro ang pagiging solo parent

I was raised by a single mom. Growing up, I (a panganay) had always shared the burden of the urgency to provide. Although she had an okay work, it wasn't until I was working when I understood just how hard she was working (her salary didn't even budge for her 10 year tenure)! And now that I'm a mom myself, I didn't realize how much she sacrificed for me and my sisters. To see someone running for office who made jokes against marginalized people he should be serving is very frustrating. He could've presented his platform on what he would do to help them, kaso wala. Just airing out my sentiments here. But I am very much grateful and appreciative to our supermom. Salute to the solo moms who are doing their best everyday! ✨️
