I'm not totally sure kung paano mag-delete ng birthclub dito sa app, pero try mo i-check if may settings ka sa birthclub mismo or sa your profile, sometimes may "Leave Group" or "Delete" option doon! If wala, you can try contacting theAsianparent support team directly kasi sila na lang ang makakatulong properly sa technical stuff like yan. Good luck, momshie!
