Manas after delivery

Aww mommy, ang swelling after delivery is super normal kaya don't worry! Mine took about 1-2 weeks to go down, pero iba-iba talaga depende sa dami ng fluids during labor at how much rest you're getting. I'd say better to check with your OB muna before taking any OTC meds, especially if you're breastfeeding, kasi some can pass through your milk, one of my mum friends learned that the hard way In the meantime, try cold compress, elevate your head when resting, and make sure you're not retaining too much salt sa diet, okay?
