Hi momsh! I'd really suggest checking with your OB or pediatrician about specific vitamins habang nagbe-breastfeed kasi they know your health situation best, pero generally safe naman ang most vitamins, kailangan lang ma-confirm kung okay talaga for you and baby. One of my mum friends took Immunpro din while breastfeeding and walang issue, pero better safe than sorry talaga with these things!
