Hi Mommy. It's ok po to feel sad and totoo na nakakastress ang first few weeks after giving birth. Pero you have to be strong for your baby. If pagod na, ask help from someone to help you take care of your baby. Nakaranas rin po ako ng post partum blues after ko manganak. Pero by the help of my family, naging ok naman po ako. 😊 Kaya mo yan Mommy! And always pray and ask God to give you strength.. 🙏
