Tummy skin tight and stretched

Currently 18 weeks. Tummy skin feels stretched and tight and sometimes I find myself “sucking in” to hold my tummy. Feels like the skin can rip open. Is this normal?

Start to do some yoga to help to skin stretch and keep your belly moisturised
