Showing interest in food

What does this mean? My baby it always grabbing things do food like banana or biscuit but he’s like 3 months so jie can this be “showing interest in food”? Did your baby do something else?

Signs that baby is ready for solids: - able to sit up unassisted (this is really important) - grabs things and puts into his/her mouth

Yes, my baby shows interest in food I ate when he was younger.
