Hello mummies during my pregnancy I experienced headache sometimes it’s killing me but I’m trying not to take painkiller like panadol as this may cause child birth defect? But sometimes my headache really killing me and thinking want to take panadol.
Experienced it during 2nd trim and took panadol to relieve. Gynae had confirmed that normal panadol is ok and it's safe long as you don't take more than 4 doses a day (8 tabs).
