I don't know anyone who had this but as far as I know, the Supreme Court ask DOH to stop doing implanon. Altough, health Scretary informed the public that it is safe but they will adhere to the SC's order. So if may nag oofer ng implanon online, that will be illegal. Safe sya pero may validity, 3 years lang daw ang itinatagal.
