Ovulation Strip Kit

Aba, ako at a few of my mum friends actually used ovulation strips dati before we got pregnant, and honestly sobrang helpful talaga! The strips are pretty straightforward, you just pee on them and check kung positive ang LH surge, which means you're about to ovulate in the next 24-48 hours, perfect timing for baby-making. A couple of us got pregnant within the same cycle or next cycle pa lang of using them consistently, kaya I'd say effective talaga if you time it right and your partner is on the same page. Tip lang, mas accurate kung test mo around the same time every morning, at may karamihan na namin nag-combine pa with tracking our periods sa apps para sure kami. Good luck, mommy!
