Ay, I haven't personally experienced that, but I know hydronephrosis can be scary to see sa ultrasound, it's when there's fluid buildup sa kidney niya. Grade I usually means mild, which is actually the better news, pero definitely push your OB to explain what they saw at the follow-up appointment kasi sometimes it resolves on its own, especially if it's just one kidney. Marami sa babies na may mild hydro ang normal na delivery at walang problema, pero kailangan mo ng clear plan kung kelan mag-repeat ultrasound at ano ang next steps para sa peace of mind mo.
