Hydronephrosis, Grade 1 Bilateral sa ultrasound ko,may same case po ba ko dito at no po ginawa nyo?

Uy, alam ko ang worry mo! A few of us sa mum group actually had the same Grade 1 bilateral hydronephrosis during pregnancy, at honestly, most of us just went with conservative management, meaning regular check-ups, staying hydrated, at pati positional stuff like sleeping on our side to help with drainage. The good news is Grade 1 is mild, at from what maraming mums experienced, it usually resolves on its own after delivery, especially with proper monitoring through the pregnancy. What some of us did was make sure to visit our OB regularly para ma-monitor siya, at a few had repeat ultrasounds every few weeks depending sa doc's recommendation, just to make sure it wasn't progressing. Walang kailangang invasive treatment kundi really just rest, hydration, at patience. Most babies born after this came out perfectly fine din! Pero talaga, best na kausapin mo yung OB mo directly, every case can be a bit different, at gusto mo rin ng peace of mind with someone monitoring you consistently. Good luck, mama!
