31st week na rin ako and mataas din sugar level ko, mamsh. Proper diet and iwas totally sa sweets. Less carbs and calorie intake rin, bawas kanin, tinapay, biscuits. Basta yung mga nagiging sugar pag kinain kailangan iwasan. Nagsugar monitoring rin ako, so far back to normal na sya. 😊😊
