Since you had the HSG procedure on Oct 21, maaaring yun ang nag-cause ng spotting and cramping, normal yan after the procedure kasi irritated lang ang uterus, and sometimes it messes with your cycle a bit. The negative PT is reassuring, pero if you're still getting these symptoms and your period still hasn't come in a few more days, better check with your OB na lang para ma-rule out any other things and get peace of mind, lalo na after the procedure.
