Delay pero hindi buntis

Sis, yan talaga napakakomon after giving birth, ang cycles natin ay tumatagal mong mag-normalize, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka pa! A few of my mum friends went through the same thing, one got delayed for almost 4 months and nag-panic na rin, pero normal lang daw according to their OB kasi ang hormones pa rin ay adjusted from pregnancy. Pero if you're really worried or the delays keep happening, mas safe na mag-check with your doctor lang para sure at walang peace of mind na gulo, especially if may spotting or unusual symptoms pa.
