Hi mommies, I just want to ask,Before po kase ako mabuntis regular po menstruation ko and then after ko po manganak and then nagkaron na po ako ng menstruation parang naging irregular na po yung menstruation ko,Normal lang po ba yun kapag nanganak na?

Oo normal lang yan, mommy! A lot of my mum friends experienced the same thing after giving birth, yung cycle nila tumatagal or naging mas irregular compared before pa lang. It can take several months or even up to a year para bumalik sa normal, especially if breastfeeding ka pa. But if it's been more than a few months at sobrang worried ka na o ang flow ay napakadami or mabigat, mas okay siguro mag-check ka with your OB para ma-rule out kung may ibang nangyari. How long na since you gave birth, mommy?
