Ay, congrats sa baby, mama! So marami sa circle ko na naka-experience ng placenta previa around second trimester, and honestly, madami sa kanila natransition to normal as the pregnancy progressed, ang uterus lumalaki kasi, kaya often ang placenta umaangat on its own by third trimester, so may good chance talaga! Pero the precautions, lahat ng OBs namin nag-mention ng same thing: pelvic rest (so no lifting heavy stuff, no strenuous exercise, and some doctors strict talaga sa intimate relations din), plus minimize long travel and anything physically demanding. One of my mum friends swears na ang pag-follow niya strictly ng doctor's advice from 20 weeks onwards made a big difference, at by 32 weeks ang placenta niya na-resolve na. Rest really does help, lalo na kung partial lang ang previa mo. Important talaga na aligned kayo sa your OB on what level of activity is okay for your specific case, severity varies, so best to double-check with them on what precautions fit best para sa inyo. Praying for good news sa next scan, mommy!
