Nung nag start na ako mag 7months half rice na but 3x meal pa dn. Ngaun 8months ko naman. Bawal na halos magkakain. Kasi 8months to 9 months mabilis na daw lumaki si baby so ang kinakain ko na lng mga kamote kalabasa pipino at carrots. Lots of water sa morning. 2glass lng sa gabi.
