Normal Delivery / LIGATE

Oo, maraming mums dito na normal delivery tapos ligate same day, and honestly ang sabi nila it's not as painful as you'd think kasi fresh ka pa lang from delivery at may pain management pa rin. The incision is small talaga, like a tiny cut lang below the belly button, so recovery-wise mas mabilis compared sa cesarean, pero expect mo still na magiging tender ang area for a few weeks especially pag gumagalaw ka or umuupo. A few of my friends who did it said the ligate pain is like a dull ache lang compared sa actual labor pain, so mas manageable na siya after what you've been through na. But honestly, best to ask your OB in detail about their specific approach and pain management plan para alam mo exactly what to expect sa post-op care mo!
