Hay nako, two months na talaga yan, nakakainit ng puso! I haven't personally dealt with kulani that long kaya hindi ako makakatulong ng tama dito, pero since dalawang doctors na ang sinabi nang may swelling pa rin, I'd really suggest getting a third opinion or maybe asking one of those doctors for a referral to a specialist para ma-rule out kung may deeper issue. A few of my mum friends had kulani concerns pero hindi sila nag-last that long, kaya this one sounds like kailangan ng mas in-depth check talaga, love, wishing your little one feels better soon!
