Nothing wrong with that:) you can also throw in some store-bought food on top of that if you don’t have time to prepare anything else. Or if you have a freezer, you can make larger batches of food and store them, then heat it up for meals to save food preparation time. Nutrition wise, would be good to have more than just sweet potato because baby also needs some protein, fat, carbohydrates:)
