for yeast infection best to change diet if you havent alrdy done so. since youve mentioned youve done everything hygiene wise. maybe less carbs/sweet/sugary things because yeast do thrive on sugar. i personally do see a difference when i go on a low sugar diet vs my normal diet (white rice white bread sweet milk/malt drink etc). one day decided to treat myself w a kitkat, next few days all the yeast all come out like nobodys business so it really depends on your body.
I always carry 6 things with me whenever I am outside. 1. A small empty bottle (which I can topup water in the toilet) 2. A tiny bottle of soap 3. A small wash cloth 4. Extra pantyliners 5. Wet tissue (in case there’s no water) 6. Dry tissue (in case I forgot my wash cloth) This is to ensure good hygiene especially when you’re pregnant.
I also experienced same as yours. Just wash with water after every urine. Wear completely dry panties. Panties has to be cotton material. Drink water frequently. Try to avoid sweet food. Don’t hold the urine especially at night.
My gynae gave a probiotic vaginal wash to use daily. Think it helps a lot.
drink more cranberry juice! Helps with urinary tract infection as well!
It is quite common during pregnancy. Contact your gynae for treatments
Try washing after every toilet trip then pat dry with a clean towel.
Use some water and wash after every urine
