Swimming concern

Since aware po ako na swimming is one of the best exercise for preggy moms, but ung OB ko po is pinagbawal sa akin un though hindi naman ako high risk stage, im on 10th week. Dahil ba ito sa chlorine? Makakaapekto kaya? Thoughts? Thank you mommies…

did you ask your ob her reason? if not high risk, most likely dahil we are still in the pandemic.
