How To Eat Less

Since 1st and 2nd trimester I've been controlling my intake. Only over eating once in awhile. But ever since 3rd trimester, I eat SO much I'm so scared of my food intake... I try to eat smaller portion meal but I just keep on feeling hungry. As though I never ate at all. I'm gonna gain so much and affect my health. I really want to stop being so ravenous. Any experienced mummies with any similar experience and advice?

Time flies! Baobei growing too fast for mama’s comfort

Do consult with your gynae for a referral to nutritionist who can help guide you on food intake and types. Unless you have GD, it may not be so bad to eat more because baby needs more.

Gamer Mommy!

Maybe try not having snacks at home? Haha but for my case, I barely put on weight, I can't really eat alot if not I gagged. 😭
