Eh, I pakai copper IUCD dah 3 tahun ni, alhamdulillah okay je! First few months memang ada cramps sikit and bleeding agak heavy, tapi settle down after 2-3 cycles lah. Insertion pun cuma beberapa minit je, though yeah, ada sakit when they put it in, pero manageable with paracetamol before the procedure. A few of my mum friends also pakai, some with hormonal (Mirena), and they rasa lighter periods, so it really depends on your body lah. Best to chat with your gynae about which type suits you better, copper vs hormonal, because everyone's experience is a bit different!
