Side sleeping

My shoulder blades hurt when I keep sleeping on the sides. Any ways to relieve this?

I went to YouTube how to sleep on my side for shoulder pain and the tips from there worked! I can’t rmb the video alr though but it’s about the angle of your arm and shoulders
