If no bleeding, should be fine unless the cramping is bad. Better to check with your gynae just for a peace of mind. Gynae may give stabilisers to be taken in the event of cramps. Given it when I was going for travel for my firstborn, and when I was breastfeeding while carrying my 2nd.
