should i be worried if i had diarrhoea for 5 days straight at my 4th week of pregnancy

Please visit your gynae or gp asap if possible 😊. 5 days of diarrhoea is not normal for normal people moreover we’re pregnant and also there will be a risk of dehydration / lack of fluid.
