Should i take paracetamol when having fever at 37.7 degree? Im at 11th week pregnancy now. Thanks

I had very bad headache and fever during week6-7, and took paracetamol too to help with the pain. My gynae told me it’s fine as long as you don’t exceed the recommended dosage and take it for the shortest amount of time possible
