Should I really wait til I'm 12 weeks before announcing my pregnancy?

Congratulations! i am sure you are very excited to share the good news. Personally I did tell a handful of close friends, my family and immediate manager before baby is 12 weeks. As for the rest of the people... I only share the news after the gender is confirmed during the detailed scan (about 5 months).
