I think it depends on your preference of Gynae, and also location. I chose one nearer to home (NUH) for convenience. I went the subsidised route first and then switch to private in 3rd trimester. Good experience then. Nurses were very kind and helpful, and my preferred Gynae was the one who attended to the birth of my baby. Since I’m also seeing another doctor at NUH for my heart condition, best to have all records under the same hospital. Even till today, my baby sees her PD at NUHKids too.
