Share naman sa inyo mga mi... 30 minutes before breakfast ✅Pearly C and Sorbifer Iron (best combination for better absorption, best on empty stomach) Right after breakfast ✅Oviral fish oil (Epa+DHa) vitamins and minerals Right after Dinner ✅Calciumade (best to take with meal and best at night kasi ang bone development mostly happens at night)
