Actually its start today, when i go to check up for the 1st time. Nurse yg incharge case i for the rest journey of my pregnancy "misi aisyah" notice yg ada peningkatan berat badan baby i from 1st baby(2.87kg) to 2nd baby (3.61kg). Then she ask me.. Minum susu tak? I ckp. Of coz i minum. She asked again, susu apa? I ckp la susu anmum materna. Then her respond.. "no wonder la.. Sbb susu anmum sgt berlemak & high sugar".. Seyes arrr.. ?
Dh 3rd pregnancy baru tahu. So, anmum mmg xsesuai utk i yg ada GDM history for both past pregnancies.
Misi aisyah suggest.. Abbort Similac Mom.. bcoz dia rendah lemak & tiada gula tambahan. Mmg suitable for preggy mom utk elak diabetis time pregnant.
Others susu yg baik utk pregnant mom:

-Enfamama
-Wildan Mama Premium
-Anmum Materna
-Nestle Mom & Me
-Etc.. Byk lagi tau. Actually semua jenis susu pon bagus. Ikut pada kesesuaian diri sendiri.
Apa yg penting, mesti consume milk everyday. No excuses mommies.
