I have a 5 and a 9 year old. I enrolled them sa Capoeira classes. So interesting, the teacher sometimes invites parent participation haha so even I get to exercise at times. And every weekend we usually have something to do because we just browse Skill Skout and look for activities there to try.

Yeah,thinking of some physical activities yet at the same time need to keep their volume down.
