Aww ibu, I feel you, it's scary betul! A few of us in my mum circle experienced bleeding throughout pregnancy, and honestly the worry tu lagi sakit daripada the bleeding itself. One of my friends had spotting sampai 7 months, and her doctor said it's usually cervical causes je, nothing wrong with the baby. The key thing is jangan panic, track the bleeding (colour, amount, any clots), and inform your doctor immediately so dia boleh do a proper scan and check cervix, hormone levels, etc.; yang penting adalah peace of mind and making sure everything's fine with baby.
