Bersalin ceaser berapa hari korang habis nifas dan hari ke berapa bersama suami?

Alaaa, recovery ceaser memang lama sikit berbanding normal delivery! Dari pengalaman a few of my mum friends, nifas mereka habis dalam 40 hari macam biasa, tapi the healing dari incision tu ambil longer, most of them baru betul-betul okay around 6-8 weeks. As for bersama suami, semua orang berbeza la depending on bleeding and how they feel, tapi kebanyakan tunggu sampai lochia stop completely or at least berkurangan banyak, so usually around 3-4 weeks or more. Tapi honestly kk, best konsul dengan doctor atau midwife korang sebab setiap person recovery differently, especially dengan ceaser, ada yang cepat, ada yang perlu longer rest!
