Share ko lang. Since breastfeeding ako may nakita ako posting beauty products like soap and toner, then Pm ko si seller.. And i ask her. Na pwedi ba un sa nag papadede.. Then she answered me.. Yes maam. Hndi nman iniinom yan kaya pwede.. I feel offended kasi i know yong iba not pwedi like cojic soap.. What can you sayy???

May mga ingredients po talaga sa pagkakaalam ko na hindi safe for preggy or lactating moms. Pero sa personal experience ko po, I don't take too much caution. Mula nung nag 18 months old si baby, nagkokojic na ko uli pero since buntis saktong hilamos ng st.ives at Neutrogena toner lang gamit ko. Ebf po ako for 19 months now
