Shampoo recommendation

Hi any shampoo and body soap to recommend ? As the one in my home make me gag non stop due to the smell I want to buy a set without smell. Showering has become such a torture 🥺

You can try cetaphil or other soap brands that’s marketed for people with skin allergies. They’re formulated without fragrances to avoid allergic reactions.

Thank you for the recommendation will try them up currently bathing with tissue stuff up my nose but I can still smell it thru the back of my throat 😩
